We believe in proper preparation of your body for workouts and for life in general, which is why we designed our one hour mobility class with all the tools we incorporate into every session. Come join us! We offer ‘flexible’ class card or unlimited options to meet your needs.
We recommend starting with a complimentary assessment and a short series of foundational 1-1 sessions to optimize your class experience, but you can feel free to just drop in to your first class for FREE to see if it’s for you.
Monday to Friday 9:30am - 10:30am

Saturday & Sunday 10:30am - 11:30am
This 1-hour class focuses on metabolic conditioning, using everything from rowers and skipping, to kettlebells and sleds. This class uses patterns of working hard and resting to stimulate energy responses from the body. Of course, every exercise can be modified or changed for those who are new or have mobility issues that limit some movement patterns. Everyone is different!
Friday 6:10pm - 7:30pm
Welcome to the perfect class for those looking to get friendly with the barbell. This class has a larger focus on Olympic lifting skills and techniques for all levels finishing with a shorter metabolic conditioning or ‘metcon’ segment. Feel empowered with our optimal techniques and start lifting like a badass!
Wednesday 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Sunday 11:30am - 12:30pm
Open to all levels, our Mobility Stretch class is about finding and targeting the areas that need attention. You will stretch, recover and regain the flexibility and mobility of your body through a combo of tools and techniques. If you can’t touch your toes now, just wait and see what you can do after this class!
