Class SCHEDULE


Come join our positive, supportive fitness family! Living Fit offers dynamic and fun fitness classes to suit your lifestyle and goals. We keep our classes small to cater to your needs and challenge you at your personal fitness level. All fitness levels welcome!

We believe in proper preparation of your body for workouts and for life in general, which is why we designed our one hour mobility class with all the tools we incorporate into every session. Come join us! We offer ‘flexible’ class card or unlimited options to meet your needs.

We recommend starting with a complimentary assessment and a short series of foundational 1-1 sessions to optimize your class experience, but you can feel free to just drop in to your first class for FREE to see if it’s for you.

Tue 6-7am, 10-11am, 4:30-5:30pm, 5:30-6:30pm, 6:30-7:30pm (New Mobility Class)

Wed 6-7am, 7-8am, 10-11am, 4:30-5:30pm, 5:30-6:30pm

Thr 6-7am, 10-11am, , 4:30-5:30pm, 5:30-6:30pm, 6:30-7:30pm (New Conditioning Class)

Fri 6-7am, 7-8am, 10-11am, 5-6pm

Sat 8:30-9:30am, 9:30-10:30am

Sun 10am (Conditioning)

This 1-hour class focuses on Strength Training, Mobility, and Metabolic Conditioning, using everything from Bikes, Rowers and Skiergs, as well as Kettlebells, Dumbbells, and Barbells. This class focuses on compound strength movements, as well as calisthenics to improve the bodies ability to work as a unit, like we are meant to do. Of course, every exercise can be modified or changed for those who are new or have mobility issues that limit some movement patterns. Everyone is different!

Youth Training (age 12-16) Thursday 3:30pm (New for 2024)

This 1-hour Class has a focus on the foundations of movement, including Gymnastics, Plyometrics and Cardiovascular Training. Its perfect for young athletes as well as kids wanting to learn the basics of strength and conditioning.
